By submitting a story, testimony, article, interview, photograph, video, audio recording, or other content to SurvivorX™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You represent that:

• The submitted content is your original work; or
• You possess all rights necessary to submit the content.

You grant SurvivorX™, TIUA, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and media representatives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Publish
• Edit
• Reproduce
• Archive
• Distribute
• Broadcast
• Livestream
• Display

submitted content in any format.

SurvivorX™ reserves the right to:

• Correct grammar
• Edit for length
• Modify formatting
• Add titles and descriptions
• Adapt content for media publication

without altering the fundamental meaning of the story.

Submitted stories may become publicly available.

Do not include confidential information you do not wish to be disclosed publicly.

You affirm that the information provided is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Submission does not guarantee publication, speaking opportunities, interviews, awards, compensation, royalties, or future participation.
