SURVIVORX™ Terms & Conditions

SurvivorX™ is a platform designed to provide survivors of adversity, trauma, illness, abuse, loss, hardship, and life challenges with an opportunity to share their stories, testimonies, experiences, and journeys of hope and resilience.

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have written parental or guardian consent.

SurvivorX reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the organization.

Participants acknowledge that SurvivorX is not a counseling service, mental health treatment provider, legal service provider, or medical provider.

Participants are solely responsible for the information they choose to disclose publicly.

By participating in SurvivorX events or programs, participants grant SurvivorX™, TIUA, its affiliates, sponsors, media partners, and authorized representatives the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:

• Record presentations
• Photograph participants
• Livestream events
• Broadcast interviews
• Publish stories and testimonials
• Use names, likenesses, images, voices, and biographical information

for educational, promotional, marketing, media, archival, and fundraising purposes.

All SurvivorX™ logos, trademarks, branding, content, videos, graphics, website materials, event recordings, publications, and educational materials remain the property of SurvivorX™ and/or TIUA unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Participants agree to:

• Respect all attendees
• Refrain from harassment or discrimination
• Avoid defamatory statements
• Maintain professionalism
• Follow event policies and instructions

Violation may result in removal without refund.

SurvivorX™ does not guarantee emotional, financial, professional, medical, legal, spiritual, or personal outcomes.

Individual experiences vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurvivorX™, TIUA, sponsors, volunteers, officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, physical, or reputational damages arising from participation.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SurvivorX™, TIUA, and affiliated organizations from claims arising from content submitted, statements made, or actions taken by participants.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws of the United States.

SurvivorX™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
